Quick and Easy Fruit Dole Whip!

Who doesn’t love a cold, summer treat!? Anytime we visit the zoo or theme parks, we make SURE to grab us some Dole Whip to cool ourselves off. It is super refreshing with being out in the sun all day. I have found and fine-tuned a super easy and quick fruit Dole Whip recipe!

This will take maybe 5 minutes to make! SUPER quick! You’ll need a blender of sorts. I have a single serve Ninja blender I use. You can also use a large food processor or regular blender, if you prefer.

Now for the ingredients. There are only 3 ingredients. You heard me right… THREE! Most people will have these on hand, as well. You’ll need: Frozen fruit. I am using a triple berry blend here. The beauty of this recipe is you can use just about any blend you want! You’ll need pineapple juice. You can do this fresh with pulp or without. I’m just using a can I had on hand in my pantry. And you’ll need yogurt. I am using Greek yogurt on mine. PLEASE NOTE: You can use any kind of yogurt you prefer or any flavor, even lactose or dairy-free, if need be… just keep in mind that it may slightly change the consistency of the finished product by doing so 🙂

Throw all the ingredients in the blender. And blend away! Shouldn’t take but just a few seconds to blend until smooth. It will come out thick like ice cream- which for Dole Whip- is what we want! It’s great to use as a smoothie bowl as well, you can add fresh fruit, mint, granola… the sky’s the limit on this one! If you prefer to have this as a smoothie drink, just add a splash of water, milk, or coconut milk to the desired consistency you want. With using the triple berry blend, there are some seeds from the blackberries in there, so if you or your kids don’t prefer that texture, I suggest either removing blackberries from the mix or use another fruit. Luckily, me and mine don’t mind it 🙂

Pour out into bowls and serve! It comes out pretty and purple. Also, keep in mind, if you use different fruits, the color will vary, as well. This will make about 2-3 servings (depending on how much you want to eat yourself haha). This recipe is easy to double and triple if you want! You can also freeze the mix and re-blend it at a later date to enjoy! I highly recommend trying this at least once! You won’t regret it!
