1/3cupParmesan cheesegrated, can be from bottle
1cupranch dressing
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
2tspgarlic powder
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare baking dish. Casserole baking dishes work well, can also use 9x13in cake pan as well, or deep welled baking dish of any kind. Spray with cooking spray or grease with butter,
3. Mix together panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into bowl. Stir well to incorporate ingredients. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, pour ranch. This will be used to coat the chicken.
5. Cut chicken breast in smaller strips (no need to do this if you are using chicken tenders).
6. Dip each chicken strip into ranch, making sure to coat all sides with ranch dressing.
7. Then coat ranch covered chicken into panko breadcrumbs, making sure to coat all sides of the chicken.
8. Place crusted chicken in baking dish.
9. Use melted butter to cover/coat the tops of the chicken strips. May also spray top of chicken strips with cooking spray. Place in oven.
10. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Oven times may vary. Tops of crusted chicken should be golden brown on top. May broil for a couple of minutes to achieve crispness on top of tenders.
11. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Makes about 6 servings. Enjoy!
